If being used as a fender bolt insulator 4 used per tractor. Used with IHS4283 fender U-bolt.

If being used as a transmission rubber insulator 1 used per tractor.

Height - 1.625" 1.350" O.D. rubber up to shoulder then it steps out to 2.000" O.D.

Metal bushing inside the rubber has 0.530" I.D.
