Check out our IHS643 tower clamp for the larger end, and our IHS642 tower clamp for the smaller end.

If you have a 2444 or 444 with a 405474R1 radiator (aka Blackstone radiator) please use IHS4510. The Blackstone radiator has a smaller diameter upper inlet.
