Before installing your new starter, make sure the below conditions are first checked and satisfied (warranty void if broken.)
The (main) reasons a starter nose will break:
Bent armature shaft
Ignition timing is incorrect
Improper drive to ring gear clearance
Defective distributor cap / wires causing the engine to kick back
