Ford - Fits: [ 2N, 9N (1939-1950 ALL with FRONT MOUNT DISTRIBUTORS. (Distributor mounts directly under fan/water pump)) ], 8N (up to sn 263843 1939-1950 ALL with FRONT MOUNT DISTRIBUTORS. (Distributor mounts directly under fan/water pump))
- For tractors with front mount distributor only, (directly behind the fan blade)
- For tractors with alternator mounted on the RIGHT side as sitting in the seat.
- This kit makes a simple 1 wire hookup
- Converts tractors to a negative ground system
- Instruction sheet included on how to switch from positive ground to negative ground
- Includes 63 amp 1 wire alternator and mounting brackets
- Includes our exclusive 12 volt internally resisted coil, eliminating the need for a external inline resistor ( But can be used with or without the Original dash resistor block )
- Includes charging harness only (reuse the original harness for starting & lighting)
- Does not include 12 volt sealed beam lights
